A big groundlevel apartment is being offered for renting in a renovated apartment building.

The apartment was built in 1037 and later, in 2003 fully renovated, i.e. a modern insulation of the building. Also electric wiring and roof have been extensively renewed.

For the more quiet hours the is the Börhauser rivlet with a small lake.

Public transport and highway connections:

Public transport is available in very close vicinity. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment building (691). Also the Solinger Main Station is reached by car in about 5 minutes.

All extra charges are covered in utilities, except personal use of electricity, being paid directly to the supplier by the tenant.
